German shepherds agility includes his overall capacity as an excellent dog. As you can see nowadays German shepherd dog is very useful to the society. They like to do things every time and because of that they love to do work such as: being police dogs, military dogs, herding, guide dogs sport dogs and all other related works.
The most common traits that the dog possesses are the sense of protection. These dogs are very protective. I mean it nature to them. These are the reason why many people breed German shepherd is because of protection. In order to use their capacity as guard they need your attention and guidance. They need to be exposing to the people around him, to the different places and also to the other dogs. There comes a time that your dog will feel fear. It is all because they lack of confidence sometimes. You must take an action for it to be able your dog to gain confidence to it.
You need to commit some of your time to go with your dog outside as build experiences as many as you can. Do not force your dog to meet another person/people. Just allow him to explore outside with your guidance. It should be neutral and calm in new situations that are coming up.
An excellent German shepherd dog is kept towards strangers. This reaction doesn't mean he is shy but rather the dog is just neutral. He ignores strangers (it may be people or dogs), preferring to interrelate with and focus on his beloved owner instead. He reacts to real threats with confidence but calms as soon as the threat disappears. To have dogs like this you must spend time with your dog training or you will hire a dog trainer in order to make your dog an excellent one.
